Orders

Price work, send it out and collect what you are owed from the orders pages. A quote prices an offer that the customer accepts or turns down. Work you owe a customer goes on a sales order, which you fulfil and take payment for. You order from a vendor on a purchase order, and receive it into a location. On an order you build the line items and email the document. You also record payments and refunds there, and read the timeline of what happened. Tick several orders on a list to work on them together, and export any list as a CSV file.
