Contact locations

Last updated: October 24, 2026

What it does

Add a location for each branch or depot an organisation contact trades from, with its own address and people. The Locations card on an organisation contact lists them. A person has no locations and no Locations card.

Create Location opens a form.

FieldWhat it takes
NameThe site’s name
DescriptionA description of the site
Email, PhoneThe site’s email and phone
ReferenceYour reference for the site
StatusActive or Archived
AddressesA billing address and a shipping address for the site

A location’s page shows those details and a Linked Contacts card.

  • Add Contact searches your contacts and links one to the site. Select Create new contact at the top of that search to add a missing person in a new tab.
  • To unlink people, tick their rows and choose Unlink from the bar.
  • Edit is in the header, and More Actions holds View Audit History, View Bulk Activity and Trash.
  • Locations also have a notes timeline.
  • The header shows who else has the page open, and their saves appear as they happen. See who else is on a record says more.
  • Save keeps changes someone else made to other fields while you edited. Where you both changed one field, Lucrii asks which to keep. See who else is on a record says more.

To delete several locations at once, tick their rows in the Locations card on the contact and choose Delete from the bar.

Contact locations and stock locations are different. Lucrii numbers them separately. An MCP tool that asks for a contact location id refuses a stock location id.

Before you start

  • You cannot undo deleting one or several locations. Lucrii asks you to confirm first.
  • Deleting more than 25 locations or unlinking more than 25 people asks you to type the number first.
  • Tags on a contact gives the limits on tags.

Each field stops at its limit as you type or paste. Creating a contact gives the address limits and how Lucrii refuses a longer value.
