- The built-in views are All, People and Organisations. People shows individuals, and Organisations shows companies.
- The search box filters by Type, Tags, Created or Company.
- A saved view keeps the filters, search, sort and columns it was saved with. Work boards and tasks covers filters, saved views and selecting rows.
- Ticked rows bring up a bar at the top of the list. Bulk actions on contacts lists what it does.
- The Actions menu beside Create Contact holds Import and Export where your role allows them.
- When you search or sort, the link in the address bar changes with you. Copy it to keep this list or send it to someone. A copied link opens at the top of the list, however far you scrolled.
- More contacts load as you scroll to the foot of the table.
The CRM and Contacts tabs are at the top of the page. The CRM tab shows a Coming Soon message, and the Create Contact button and the usage banner show on the Contacts tab only.
Before you start
You can keep up to 50 saved views of your own on each list.
How to use it
- Open Contacts from the sidebar.
- Select the view’s name at the left of the list’s toolbar, then choose All, People or Organisations.
- Search or sort to find the contact you want.
- Select the row to open it, or select Create Contact at the top right to add one.
Troubleshooting
A phone number looks different after I switch organisations. Phone numbers show in the format for your organisation’s country, so a foreign number can look different in another organisation.
