Audit history on a record

Last updated: October 24, 2026

What it does

Use a record’s audit page to find out who changed something, when, and what it was before. The heading gives the record and its type.

  • The entries are grouped by day, newest first.
  • Lucrii tags an entry Created, Updated or Deleted.
  • An update lists the fields that changed, with the value before and the value after.
  • Each change appears under its label, as in “Variant Teak, 1.8 m: SKU”.

An entry shows who made the change and when. Select a person’s name to open their member page in a new tab. Where a person’s account is deleted or they are no longer a member of the organisation, their name shows struck through and does not open. A change a person made through Hermes reads as theirs with “via Hermes”, as in “Sam Lee via Hermes”. One made through an MCP client reads “via MCP” the same way. A connector shows its app’s name and badge, as in Xero. A customer’s email reply shows the contact with “(customer)”, as in “Harbour City Corp (customer)“. Without a contact on record, it reads A customer. A change nobody made by hand shows System, as plain text with a grey avatar and no link.

Orders, contacts, contact locations, inventory items, inventory locations, tasks, work boards, taxes, teams, document templates and units all have an audit page. Your organisation and each installed app have one too.

RecordWhat its audit page also shows
OrderPayments, fulfilments and reversals, the status a send sets, conversions, duplicates and email replies
ItemVariant changes, option values, stock an order moved, and stock adjustments with their reason
ContactLocations linked or unlinked, by name, and an address copied from its company
Contact LocationEach person linked or unlinked, by name
TaskIts place in a column, its closure note, and leaving a board
Work BoardColumns cleared or sorted, each column’s Mapped Status, and where a deleted column’s tasks went
TemplateLosing its place as the default to another template
A record with notesEach note by anyone, with its whole text
Every recordEach field of a deleted record, with its last value

The audit page is light and white whatever theme you use elsewhere, and it is built to print.

How to use it

  1. Open the record and select its More Actions menu.
  2. Select View Audit History. The page opens in a new tab.
  3. Select Load More at the foot of the page to read further back.
  4. Print the page from the browser where you need a copy.

Troubleshooting

The page says No audit history available. Lucrii has not recorded a change against what you are viewing.

The audit page says “This section couldn’t load.” Lucrii could not show it. Select Reload.
