Profile is the first page under Settings, under You, and each of its sections saves separately. | Field | What it takes | | --- | --- | | First Name, Last Name | Your name, saved with Save Details | | Email | Your email address, changed once you open the link Save Details sends | | Profile Picture | An image you upload by selecting the avatar | | Email Signature | Your own signature for this organisation | | Current Password, New Password | Your password, and the one replacing it | - The sections are Details, Profile Picture, Email Signature and Change Password. - Two-Factor Authentication comes next, then Connected agents, which lists the MCP clients you have authorised. - Your personal email signature applies to the organisation you are in. Whenever you have set one, it replaces the organisation's default signature. - Change Password also has a checkbox, Also disconnect connected apps and command-line sign-ins, which starts ticked. Ticked, the change disconnects your MCP clients and your sign-ins from the Lucrii command line, in every organisation. - API credentials you created keep working either way. - Notifications and Formats follow Profile under You. Every member of your organisation sees your level and achievements on your member page while achievements are on. They see your Quest Chart there while quests are not Off. [Achievements, levels and the leaderboard](/docs/account/achievements.md) says what that page shows. ## Before you start - Every member can use this page. - In Details, First Name and Last Name can be up to 100 characters each, and Email up to 254. Your Email Signature can be up to 5,000 characters, with a count from 4,500. - Pictures in your Email Signature must be uploaded to Lucrii. Lucrii refuses a picture kept anywhere else with "Pictures in Email Signature must be uploaded to Lucrii." - Your name can't be Hermes or System, which Lucrii uses for itself. - On an account with a password, a new email address and a new password each ask for Current Password. - On an account with no password, a new email address opens Confirm It's You. It asks once 10 minutes have passed since you logged in or last confirmed. [Two-factor authentication and passkeys](/docs/settings/security.md) says how many tries you get and how Confirm It's You works. Changing your email address sends a link to the new address and an email to your current one. - Your address stays as it was until you open the link, and Details names the address waiting for you. - Cancel Change beside it cancels the change, and the link stops working. Changing or resetting your password cancels it too. - Once you open the link, Lucrii emails your old address to say the address changed. [Verifying your email address](/docs/account/email-verification.md) says how long the link lasts. Changing your password signs you out everywhere else you were signed in. - Lucrii emails you to say the password changed. The email lists how the account signs in and the MCP clients still connected to it. - It also lists the API credentials you created, which keep working. [Resetting your password](/docs/account/password-reset.md) says how to review those credentials. ## How to use it 1. Open Settings, then Profile. 2. Edit First Name, Last Name or Email, then select Save Details. A new email address changes once you open the link Lucrii sends to it. 3. Select the avatar to upload a picture. Lucrii recommends an image of 192 by 192 or larger. 4. Write your signature into Email Signature and select Save Signature. 5. To change your password, fill in Current Password and New Password. Untick Also disconnect connected apps and command-line sign-ins to keep them connected, then select Change Password. Save Details and Change Password stay greyed out until you change something in the form. Until your signature differs from the saved one, Save Signature stays greyed out. ## Troubleshooting A section such as Email Signature or Two-Factor Authentication says it could not be loaded. Lucrii could not read that setting. Try again shortly. Profile has no switch for quests or achievement notifications. They follow your organisation's settings. Celebrations always play.
