## What it does

Use a demo organisation to try Lucrii on sample data. Demo Organisations lists the demo companies you have created.

| Column | What it shows |

| Features | The features that demo shows off |
| Description | A short description of the demo company |
| Created | The date you created it |

- Every demo arrives seeded with sample data.
- Create Demo opens a window of templates to pick from.
- Selecting a row opens that demo. Lucrii switches you into it and opens its inbox.
- The buttons at the end of the row reset a demo to its seeded state or delete it.
- The organisation switcher in the sidebar lists the same demos under Switch to demo, with Manage demos and Create Demo beneath the list.

## Before you start

- Creating, resetting or deleting a demo needs administrator or above on the parent organisation. Without administrator, you can still open a demo and explore it.
- Resetting a demo restores its seeded state. Everything you changed inside it is lost.
- Deleting a demo removes it and its data permanently. Deleting the one you are in switches you back to its parent first.

## How to use it

1. Open the organisation switcher in the sidebar and choose Manage demos.
2. Select Create Demo.
3. Pick a template and create it.
4. Select the demo's row to open it.
5. To start again, select Reset demo on the row and confirm.

With no demos, the list says "Only organisation admins can create demos." to anyone below administrator.

## Troubleshooting

You can't reset or delete a demo, though you count as an administrator inside it. Lucrii reads your stored role on the parent organisation. Inside a demo, every member of the parent counts as an administrator, and that role does not count.

Settings are missing inside a demo. Billing, the App Store and MCP are all missing from the settings menu inside a demo. You cannot manage members there either.

Some quests show as question marks inside a demo. Inside a demo, Hermes does not offer the quests for exploring the App Store and connecting an MCP client. The Quest Chart shows them as question marks.

A page reloads out of a demo. The demo was deleted. Any other page open in a deleted demo reloads out of it, usually at once and otherwise within about 5 minutes.
