Who can do this: administrators and owners.

## What it does

Set up a new organisation by answering Hermes' questions, so Lucrii starts with your name, region, wording and tax. The first visit to a fresh organisation opens a conversation with Hermes in place of a form.

| Hermes asks for | What it sets |

| The business name, how many people work there, the industry and a description of what you do | Your organisation's details |
| The country, the currency and the timezone | Your region. The country and timezone start from your browser's settings. The currency starts there too, then follows the country you choose until you pick a currency yourself |
| The type of business, one of Goods Only, Goods and Services or Services Only | The app's wording, the figures above each order list, and the units the organisation starts with |
| Tax on your sales | A switch. Turning it on brings two more questions, the name of the tax and its percentage. Lucrii creates the tax, and it becomes your default tax |
| The name of your first team | Your first team. Sales Team is filled in to start with |

- A services-only organisation calls its sales orders invoices, on the tab and on the create button alike.
- Units of time suit a services business, and boxes and kilograms suit one selling goods.
- The type does not limit your stock. A services-only organisation holds stock-tracked items and locations like any other.
- Begin your journey saves the answers and opens the app. Lucrii switches Hermes and achievements on for the organisation as it does. You can turn both off again in the organisation's general settings.

## Before you start

- Setting up an organisation is an administrator's job. A member who arrives before the wizard is finished sees that an administrator has to finish it first. They can log out from there.
- The name, the description, the locale answers, the business type and the tax are all editable afterwards in organisation settings. How many people work there, the industry and your role are set once.

## How to use it

1. Answer each question as Hermes asks it.
2. Leave the switch labelled I collect tax off where you do not collect tax. Hermes then skips the two tax questions.
3. Name your first team.
4. Select Begin your journey.

Setup won't finish. The reason shows under Begin your journey.
