### Help pages for every feature

Ask Hermes how Lucrii works from the Ask Hermes button, and Hermes answers from Lucrii's help pages.
Each of Lucrii's 69 features has a help page on the docs site, with the steps by their on-screen labels.

- Where Lucrii does not do what you asked, Hermes says so and names the closest feature.
- An answer covers only the features your role and plan include.

#### Fixes

- After a few turns, Hermes could say it had added a tag or a note when nothing had run.

### Scrolling and empty lists

Scroll down a list, such as your orders or contacts, and the next page loads below the rows you already have.
An empty list says whether it has nothing yet or your filters hide everything.

#### Fixes

- Scrolling down a list could make the first page vanish as the next page loaded.

## Orders

### Creating a customer or vendor on an order

Create a customer or vendor without leaving a new order, with Create new customer or Create new vendor at the top of the picker.
A short contact form opens over the order with the name you typed, and the order picks the saved contact.

- Switching a new sales order to a purchase order prices each line at the item's Cost Price.

### Locked lines on an order

Correct a locked line on an order's edit page by adding a new line, or record a refund on its payments card.

- A line locks once any of its units are fulfilled, cancelled, returned or refunded.
- A locked line fixes its price, discount, tax and currency, and the order's Currency and Order Discount.

### Purchase order and quote documents

Download a purchase order from the order page, headed with your logo or business name like your invoices and quotes.

- The vendor's details are under Vendor, beside Deliver To and Bill To.
- Addresses on every document print the parts you have filled in.

### Creating a contact from a picker

Create a contact from the company or primary contact picker with Create new organisation or Create new contact, at the top of its list.

- A contact made from a picker gets your organisation's default country and Default Currency.
- The Company column in the contacts list shows the company a person works for.

#### Fixes

- Older notes stopped loading partway down a long notes timeline.
- You could open and change a site from a company it does not belong to.

## Inventory

### Average cost and available stock

Read Average Cost Price on an item to see the average you have paid per unit for stock received on purchase orders.

- The items list and the variants table show as available what is left to sell after open sales orders.
- An item's location table shows the quantity held at each location.

#### Fixes

- Choosing Set as default on a location left its menu open.

### A default tax

Choose Set as default from a tax's More Actions in Settings, under Taxes, and each item you create starts on that tax.

- A Default badge marks the default tax. Your first tax becomes the default.
- You can delete the default tax only when it is your last tax.

## Boards

### Default columns on a work board

Create a work board and it starts with New, In Progress, On Hold and Done columns, each matched to a task status.
Drop a card on Done to complete its task.

#### Fixes

- After you dragged a card between columns, a column header could count the wrong number of cards.

### Projects out of the sidebar

Find your work boards and tasks under Work Boards in the sidebar.
The sidebar has no Projects entry. No record in Lucrii belonged to a project, so removing it didn't delete anything you made.

## Settings

### Your level, achievements and Quest Chart on My Progress

Open My Progress from the menu under your name, at the foot of the sidebar, to see your level, achievements and Quest Chart.

- The Leaderboard, Quest Chart and Achievements tabs are below a summary of your level, streak, achievements and quests.
- Every member of your organisation sees your level, achievements and Quest Chart on your member page. Your profile has no switch to hide them.

### Setting up your organisation

Set up your organisation in the setup wizard, where the employee count and tax rate questions show an example answer.

- Creating an organisation uses the country, currency and timezone you chose.
- The owner of your parent organisation can create another organisation from inside a child organisation or a demo.

### The quests setting

Choose Offered, On request or Off under Quests, in Settings under General, to set how quests arrive for your whole organisation.

- Offered lets Hermes offer a quest a couple of seconds after a member opens a screen that has one.
- With On request, a member starts a quest from the Quest Chart, and Hermes doesn't offer one.
- Off takes quests away for the whole organisation.

### Reassigning roles on the Members page

Tick members on the Members page and choose Reassign Role to change their role.
Reassign Role starts on the role your selected members already share.

## Hermes AI

### Opening a page from Hermes

Ask Hermes for a page of the app, such as your Quest Chart, and Hermes takes you there.
The panel closes as the page opens.

### Quests and the Quest Chart

Follow Hermes through a job in short steps, from an offer under the Ask Hermes button or from your Quest Chart.
More than 30 quests are on the chart. Each step lights up the control it is about.

- A gold ! on the Ask Hermes button means this screen has a quest you can start.
- Administrators choose how quests arrive in [General organisation settings](/docs/settings/organisation-general.md).

## Integrations

### Help lookups over MCP

Ask your connected AI assistant how Lucrii works, and it looks up Lucrii's help pages through Lucrii's MCP connection.
Each answer links to the help page. A help lookup doesn't use credits.

- The copy button beside the MCP address shows Copied once the address is on your clipboard.

## Account

### Signing in from a link

Open a link from a Lucrii email, such as a notification, and sign in. Lucrii then opens the page the link pointed at.
A link to another site opens your dashboard instead.
